Roasted Chicken Drums and Thighs (Legs)

This easy bone in, skin on oven baked chicken drums and thighs recipe (whole chicken legs) is crispy, tender, and juicy.  It's dry rubbed with a homemade spice mix and oven baked or roasted until tender at 425 for ~45 minutes.
