Thomasina Miers’ recipe for roasted carrots with tahini yoghurt | The simple fix

A simple dish of roast carrots is given extra sparkle by a sprinkling of store-cupboard spice and a dollop of flavoured yoghurt My spice rack holds an eclectic host of jars and containers, all jammed with berries, seeds and barks from around the world. You only need a few minutes to get this chicken ready to cook and you’ll be sitting down to eat just ten minutes later. The chicken is great on its own with a side of raw vegetables and ranch dip. It can also be sliced thin for sandwiches, or chopped bite-size for soups, salads, or pasta. How To Make Last...
