What a usable record contains
Four things, written down as they were observed, so the words can be read rather than inferred from a total.

The record does not prove that one answer caused a visit or a sale. It preserves the observed words so the merchant can inspect them without guessing.

The account of what is accessed
- A product URL is a public address. It is the same link a shopper follows and it is already visible to anyone who opens the store. Submitting it opens no access to anything.
- Not requested, on any line: app installation, admin access, analytics, customer or order data, or a password, token, or connected account. Nothing is authorised, so there is nothing to revoke.
- An email address is asked for second. Once the page is confirmed, an address is needed so the written response has somewhere to arrive. How both are handled is set out under Site papers below.
- The entry, in full: the one public page is read the way a browser reads it, the two questions above are put once, and the written record returns with what came back and the date. No file is added to the store, no setting is altered, and no connection is made to it.
- Wrong entry: replace the address in the field and open it again. Whatever replaces it is shown back and confirmed before a question is put.
After one entry
The first page is handled at no charge, and it is there to let you inspect the method rather than take it on description. Anything beyond it is quoted before work begins.

This notice sets out what Arcxel takes in at arcxel.com, what it does with it, and what you can ask for.
What is taken in
The product-page address you enter and the email address you enter. Also the routine technical details every browser sends with a request, among them the IP address, the browser identification and the time, which are written to server logs.
The session
Opening a page and then submitting it are two halves of one request. The two endpoints set one same-domain session cookie, PHPSESSID, marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, to hold the halves together. No other cookie is set, and no advertising or profiling cookie is set anywhere on this site.
What it is for
To prepare the record you asked for and send it to you, to reply to anything you write, to run and protect the site, and to improve the service and the messages sent. Related messages about the service may also go out, and writing to contact@arcxel.com stops those.
Who else handles it
Suppliers handling hosting, page rendering, storage, automation, security and email delivery may process it on our behalf, and so may anyone the law obliges us to disclose it to. Your email address is not published.
How long
As long as the uses above still call for it, and as long as the law requires it to be kept.

Write to contact@arcxel.com to ask what is held or to stop the messages. This notice can be revised, and the date at the top marks the version in force.
Refunds on paid entries

Paid work from Arcxel is refundable in full for 30 days after payment. Ask by writing to contact@arcxel.com inside those 30 days, quoting the order or payment reference. Never send card numbers by email. The first record is prepared without payment, so nothing arises to refund on it.

The service
Arcxel asks an AI assistant about one public product page and sends what came back, the question used and the date to the email address you give. The record describes what was seen on that day. It carries no promise about ranking, placement, traffic, revenue or any later outcome.
Your side
That the address you submit is a public product page you are entitled to pass on, and that the site is not used for anything unlawful.
